Dining at The Preserve
No vacation is complete without good food and a place to share it. At the Preserve you can cook camp side on your Breeo open fire cooking pit or you can wander over to the Pavilion to use the Blackstone griddles, egg charcoal grill or the wood-fired pizza oven. If you’re not in the mood to cook, just a few steps away you will find Provisions our outdoor bistro featuring a variety of simple, fresh and delicious farm to table dishes as well as a variety of libations. If you need cooking supplies look no further than the Outpost camp store offering a variety of local produce, Vermont made products and cooking essentials. Then, after dinner, join fellow glampers at the Pavilion for a casual beer and the occasional outdoor movie.

Outdoor Bistro Dining.
Wander up to Provisions our outdoor dining bistro and stay awhile. Provisions serves a range of farm to table staples utilizing as many local ingredients as possible and in high season is open seven days a week for breakfast and dinner. Provisions also offers a broad selection of beer, wine and liquor so that you can enjoy a local craft brew, glass of wine or evening aperitif with your meal or simply relaxing on the large deck or in the Pavilion.
The Outpost:
Resort Store.
Take your bike or enjoy the ¼ mile walk to the Outpost Resort Store where you will be able to purchase all of the essentials, local produce and unique locally crafted products. The outpost is also where our concierge services are located to assist you in booking our curated list of Vermont and upstate New York adventures and experiences.
